1. The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by the user during the use of this service, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, etc. , pictures, videos, graphics, etc. to send, reply or auto-reply messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.
2. Users shall not use the "Aitalk" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, and disseminate content prohibited by the following laws, regulations, and policies:
(1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Failure to abide by the "seven bottom lines" of the bottom line of laws and regulations, the bottom line of the socialist system, the bottom line of national interests, the bottom line of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the bottom line of social public order, the bottom line of morality, and the bottom line of information authenticity;
(10) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use the "Aitalk" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of "Aitalk" or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Contain any sexual or sexually suggestive content;
(2) Contains insulting, intimidating, or threatening content;
(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, and deceptive information;
(4) Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data;
(5) Infringe on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Rules Of Use
1. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of Play, and Play Era shall not be responsible for any responsibility.
2. Users shall not use the "Aitalk" account or this service to conduct the following behaviors:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using other people's names;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to create false accounts in batches;
(5) Using the "Aitalk" account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
(6) Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above acts, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "Aitalk" or not expressly authorized by Play Era.
3. The user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted by using the "Aitalk" account or this service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user himself , has nothing to do with Play Era. If any damage is caused to Play Era or a third party, the user shall make compensation according to law.
4. The services provided by Play Era may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Play Era and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, the user shall be responsible for the transactions carried out in accordance with the advertisement information, and Play Era shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user due to the transaction carried out in accordance with the advertisement information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers. responsibility.
5. Unless Play Era has written permission, the user shall not engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Delete the copyright information on the software and its copies;

Personal Privacy Information Protection
1. 3. Respecting the privacy of users' personal privacy information is the consistent system of Play Era. Play Era will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent the leakage of users' personal privacy information collected in this service. damaged or lost. (5) Any leakage of users' personal privacy information due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions and other force majeure events.
5. The user agrees that Play Era can use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters:
(1) Aitalk sends important notices to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this agreement;
(2) Aitalk conducts internal audits, data analysis and research to improve Aitalk's products, services and communication with users;
(3) According to this agreement, Aitalk manages and reviews user information and takes processing measures;
(4) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
Except for the above matters, Aitalk will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without obtaining the user's prior consent.
6. Aitalk attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal privacy information. Aitalk will rely on the personal information provided by the user to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minor under the age of 18 who registers an account or uses this service shall obtain the written consent of their parents or their legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian") in advance. Aitalk will not use or disclose minors' chat records and other personal privacy information to any third party, except in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the instructions of competent authorities. Except for the exceptions stipulated in this agreement, Aitalk will not use or disclose personal privacy information of minors to any third party without the prior consent of the guardian.
7. The user confirms that his geographic location information is non-personal privacy information. After the user successfully registers the "Aitalk" account and authorizes Aitalk to extract, disclose and use the user's geographic location information, the user's geographic location information will be used as one of the user's public information. Aitalk is open to other users.
8. In order to improve Aitalk's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, Aitalk may collect and use or provide users' non-personal privacy information to third parties.
Account Management
1. The ownership of the "Aitalk" account belongs to Play Era. After the user completes the application registration procedure, he/she will obtain the right to use the "Aitalk" account. This right to use belongs only to the initial applicant registrant, and it is prohibited to donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell . Play Era has the right to reclaim the user's "Aitalk" account due to business needs.
2. Users can change and delete personal data, registration information and record content on the "Aitalk" account, but it should be noted that deleting relevant information will also delete text and pictures stored in the system by the user. The user bears the risk.
3. The user is responsible for properly keeping the registered account information and the security of the account password. If the user does not keep it properly, the account or password may be stolen, and the responsibility shall be borne by the user. Users need to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. The user agrees not to use other user's account or password under any circumstances. When the user suspects that others use his account or password, the user agrees to notify Play Era immediately.
4. The user shall abide by the terms of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, Play Era has the right to suspend or terminate the "Aitalk" service to the breaching user after notifying the user. ” account to provide services. At the same time, Play Era reserves the right to withdraw the "Aitalk" account number and user name at any time.
5. If the user does not log in for three years after registering the "Aitalk" account, Play Era can cancel the account and delete relevant data after notifying the user, so as to avoid waste of resources, and the adverse consequences caused by this shall be borne by the user.
Data Storage
1. Play Era is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the user's relevant data in this service.
2. Play Era can determine the maximum storage period of the user's data in this service according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for the data on the server. Users can back up relevant data in this service according to their own needs.
3. If the user stops using the service or the service is terminated, Play Era can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service is stopped or terminated, Play Era has no obligation to return any data to the user.
4. The data is stored on the servers of us and (or) our affiliated companies. The servers of us and (or) our affiliated companies are placed in China and are subject to and governed by relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
Exposures
1. The user understands and agrees that "Aitalk" only provides information services for users to share, transmit and obtain Play Era. The user must be responsible for all actions under his registered account, including any content transmitted by the user and the resulting any consequences of. Users should make their own judgments on "Aitalk" and the content of this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or practicability of the content. Play Era cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by user behavior.
2. If the user finds that anyone violates this agreement or uses this service in other improper ways, please report or complain to Play Era immediately, and Play Era will handle it in accordance with this agreement.
3. The user understands and agrees that due to the needs of business development, Play Era reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or cancel all or part of the service content of this service, and the user shall bear this risk.
Intellectual Property Statement
1. Except that the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service are enjoyed by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of Play Era’s content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) provided in this service are It is owned by Play Era, except that the user has legally obtained the intellectual property rights of the content published by himself before using this service.
2. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent right and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Play Era provides this service are owned by Play Era.
3. The copyright or trademark rights of the graphics, text or their composition involved in this service by Play Era, as well as other Play Era logos and product and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Play Era Logos") belong to Play Era all. Without the prior written consent of Play Era, the user shall not display, use or otherwise process the Play Era logo in any way, nor shall it indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use, or otherwise have the right to process the Play Era logo .
4. The above and any other legally owned intellectual property rights of Play Era or related advertisers are protected by law. Without the written permission of Play Era or relevant advertisers, users are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.

Legal Liability
1. If Play Era discovers or receives reports from others or complains that users violate this agreement, Play Era has the right to review and delete relevant content at any time without notice, including but not limited to user data and recorded content, and treat it as If the circumstances are serious, penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans will be imposed on the violating account, and the user will be notified of the processing results.
2. Users who are banned for violating the user agreement can go to the official website to check the ban period, and unblock them by themselves after the ban period expires. Among them, the user whose function is banned will automatically restore the banned function after the ban period expires. Banned users can submit appeals to the relevant pages of the Play Era website, and Play Era will review the appeal and decide whether to change the punishment measures based on its own reasonable judgment.
3. The user understands and agrees that Play Era has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to relevant parties in accordance with laws and regulations. Department reports, etc., the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
4. The user understands and agrees that for any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by the user’s violation of this agreement, the user shall compensate Play Era and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies, and keep it from damage.
Force majeure and other reasons for exemption
1. The user understands and confirms that in the process of using the service, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to unforeseen, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a major impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, and social events such as wars, turmoil, government actions, etc. . When the above situation occurs, Play Era will try its best to cooperate with the relevant units at the first time and repair it in a timely manner. However, Play Era and its cooperative units will be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law for the losses caused to users or third parties.
2. Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be disturbed by various security issues, such as others using user information to cause real-life problems. Harassment in other software; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited contain viruses such as "Trojan horses", which threaten the security of users' computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
3. The user understands and confirms that the service is interrupted or unable to meet the user's requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, communication line reasons, etc. Play Era does not assume any responsibility for any loss caused by users or third parties.
4. The user understands and confirms that there are misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal information from any other person during the use of this service, or anonymous information that violates the rights of others. Play Era shall not be liable for any losses caused by users or third parties caused by the information of the website or impersonation, as well as the actions accompanying such information.
5. The user understands and confirms that Play Era needs to overhaul or maintain "Aitalk" Play Era or related equipment regularly or irregularly. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Play Era does not need to Any responsibility for this, but Play Era should be notified in advance.
6. Play Era obtains the right to deal with illegal or breach of contract content in accordance with laws and regulations and this agreement. This right does not constitute the obligation or commitment of Play Era. Play Era cannot guarantee timely detection of violations or breaches of contract or corresponding processing .
7. The user understands and confirms that Play Era does not need to bear any responsibility for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by Play Era to users and any losses caused by them:
(1) The services provided by Play Era to users free of charge;
(2) Any product or service that Play Era presents to users.
8. In any case, Play Era shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or penal damages, including the loss of profits suffered by users due to the use of "Aitalk" or this service (Even if Play Era has been informed of the possibility of such losses). Although there may be contradictory provisions in this agreement, Play Era's full responsibility to users, regardless of the reason or behavior, will never exceed the fee paid by the user to Play Era for using the services provided by Play Era (if any).
Changes, Interruptions, and Termination of Services
1. In view of the particularity of network services, the user agrees that Play Era has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services (including paid services) at any time. For the change, interruption or termination of the service of Play Era, Play Era shall notify the user before the change, interruption or termination, and shall provide equivalent and alternative services to the affected users.
2. In case of any of the following situations, Aitalk has the right to change, interrupt or terminate the free service or paid service provided to the user without any responsibility to the user or any third party:
(1) According to the law, the user should submit real information, but the personal information provided by the user is not true, or is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2) The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
(3) In accordance with legal regulations or the requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary situations.
Free and Subscription
Certain portions of the Services are charged on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed a recurring fee up front.
Subscription section is for Aitalk business. If you choose the Free Service, Aitalk may place third-party advertisements (“Advertisements”) within the Content. If you choose to subscribe to the service, Aitalk will not place any advertisements within the content.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Services and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us with respect to the Services.

2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute or dispute between the user and Play Era, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Play Era is located.
3. If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
